Transforming ideas to a tangible
technology-driven vision is Jim's
passion. By introducing new concepts to
solve problems which may not have been
considered, Jim takes pride in helping
clients to see the end result and the
stages to get there.
Jim's background is in application
development and security, data migration, CRM and most recently with cloud
infrastructure and social media.
Jim has over 13 years of technology and
management experience in a variety of
sectors including telecom, retail,
government and regulatory affairs working with high-tech
firms such as C1/XO
Communications, Kumaran
Systems and RDS.

Evgeny Soloho
Wing Commander, Development & CRM
As the Squadron's technical expert,
Evgeny leads the development team. An
accomplished business analyst and
software architect, Evgeny has a wide
exposure of database and CRM development
experience with multiple platforms
including over 5 years of SalesForce
SFDC implementations.
Not your average developer, Evgeny also
understands the business process of the
software lifecycle which enables him to
provide ideas and feedback as it applies
to the needs of each organization.
His experience with cloud-based CRM
deployments include BlueCat Networks,
Platform Computing, Rogers
Communications and CIBC. |

Phil Falcone
Group Captain, Creative Marketing

front-end. Phil’s role is to identify

Phil has 16 years experience providing
integrated solutions for big brand
companies including, Unilever, Samsung,

Phil is currently the Director, Strategy
+ Creative for Zebra Studios, a
full-service marketing agency with
longstanding relationships servicing
Nike and HBC. He oversees strategy and
